Venture Venue Ltd. and the Data Protection Act
Venture Venue Ltd. (Company No. 5998692) is registered under the Data Protection Act as a Data Controller. The registration number is PZ9871141. Venture Venue Ltd. provide a fine dining and quality networking club. Members are invited to attend a number of lunches, dinners or other events each year, at which they can network and do business with fellow members and guests, while enjoying good food in a relaxed atmosphere. In the process of supporting our members, certain personal information is received, stored in a database and occasionally reproduced or transmitted to other members of the club.
The Data Protection Act (1998)
The Data Protection Act regulates the processing of personal data. Organisations like Venture Venue Ltd., process personal data on a daily basis. The Act requires us to give information about our data processing activities and how we deal with the information that we hold.

We will maintain confidentiality of your information, even after your membership has ceased and aside from the categories already mentioned, your information will not be disclosed to anyone else, except where we are legally compelled to do so, where there is a duty to the public to disclose, where disclosure is necessary to protect Venture Venue's interests or where the disclosure is made with your consent or at your request.
Access Rights
Club members have the right to be informed of the information that we hold on them. They also have the right to request that all inaccuracies by amended.
